Aimer Manger – Laura Lafon Cadilhac

Laura Lafon Cadilhac is a photographer and the artistic director of Gaze Magazine. Born in Toulouse in 1989, she lives and works between Cannes and Bagnolet. After the success of her “Aimer Manger” project in the areas of the Vallée de Thorée, Nîmes and Pantin, which included the release of three self-published books, Laura Lafon Cadilhac is now adapting it to the Cannes area.

Working with various organizations, such as the Association pour le Maintien de l’Agriculture Paysanne (AMAP) in Cannes Lérins and Mouans-Sartoux, or the Centre Communal d’Action Social (CCAS) of Mougins, the artist aims to highlight the region by using cuisine to tell the story of its diverse populations. Laura Lafon Cadilhac’s aim is to create a portrait of France through love of cooking.
