Aimer Manger Laura Lafon Cadilhac

Laura Lafon Cadilhac is a photographer and artistic director of Gaze Magazine. Born in Toulouse in 1989, she lives and works between Cannes and Bagnolet. After the success of her “Aimer Manger” project in the Vallée de Thorée, Nîmes and Pantin areas, accompanied by the release of three self-publications, Laura Lafon Cadilhac has adapted it to the Cannes area.

Through various structures such as the Association pour le Maintien de l’Agriculture Paysanne (AMAP) in Cannes Lérins and Mouans-Sartoux, or the Centre Communal d’Action Social (CCAS) in Mougins, the artist aims to highlight the region through the medium of cuisine, to tell the story of its different populations. Laura Lafon Cadilhac’s aim is to create a portrait of France through love in the kitchen.
